Our energy consultancy covers three fronts that are best handled together: energy purchasing and market risk management, industrial energy management and efficiency, and the path to decarbonisation.
We design a tailored procurement strategy: we analyse the markets in the short and long term, compare products against official indices, prepare the tender and coordinate negotiations with electricity and gas suppliers, and CO2 allowance purchasing.
We negotiate and structure PPA contracts, onsite or offsite, including the financial PPA, to secure the price of energy over the long term and reduce emissions. We assess with you whether it fits your consumption profile before you sign.
We analyse whether your company can qualify as an electro-intensive consumer — annual consumption, weight of energy in costs, sector and CNAE code — and advise you on the support and cost-compensation mechanisms provided for by the regulations.
We check every electricity and gas bill against the contract and the regulations, detect meter-reading errors, wrong prices and excess power or reactive energy, and handle the claim with the supplier until it is resolved.
We support you through certification of your energy management system under ISO 50001 and asset management under ISO 55001. We complete it with mandatory energy audits and monitoring systems to measure consumption continuously.
A roadmap with diagnosis, priorities, investment and return: carbon footprint, a decarbonisation plan for heat and thermal consumption, self-consumption, storage and electric mobility, matched to energy saving certificates (CAE) and the funding available.

What is a large energy consumer?
A company with a high volume of energy consumption. It is not the same as an electro-intensive consumer, a narrower and regulated category that depends on the sector, the weight of energy in costs and regulatory criteria.
What does an energy consultancy do for a large company?
It buys better, checks what is invoiced and reduces consumption: purchasing strategy and negotiation with suppliers, bill auditing, energy efficiency, management systems and decarbonisation. We are independent: we have no affiliation with any energy supplier.
When does a PPA make sense?
When you need long-term price stability and lower emissions. These are contracts of between 5 and 10 years, usually between a renewable developer and a consumer or supplier, and your consumption profile and risk should be assessed before signing.
