The primary objective of our Quality and Energy Management System is the satisfaction of our clients and all interested parties, together with a firm commitment to the organisation’s energy management, energy efficiency, energy performance and sound management of natural resources — always grounded in the continuous improvement of our organisation and our activity. It also directs the company towards guaranteeing the continuity of information systems, minimising the risk of damage and protecting information resources against threats, in order to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information. To be a leading energy consultancy in energy advice for end consumers (medium-sized and large companies), helping them use energy more efficiently and reduce their energy costs, while planning the integration of information security requirements and risks into service delivery in order to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information.
To be a leading energy consultancy for gas and electricity retailers, supporting them in setting up and developing their energy business.

To ensure conformity with the Quality, Energy and Information Security Policy, the management of GRUPO TREBOL ENERGIA has established and implemented a Quality Management System based on the applicable requirements of UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015, an Energy Management System based on the applicable requirements of UNE-EN-ISO 50001:2018, and an Information Security Management System based on the applicable requirements of UNE-EN ISO 27001:2022.
Likewise, the Management of GRUPO TREBOL ENERGIA establishes all the necessary means and resources to comply with its commitments, as well as to ensure that this policy is known, understood and put into practice by all levels of the organization.
