How to register a natural gas supplier step-by-step

1. Prior communication to the Administration (MITECO / DGPEyM): Responsible statement with company data, territorial scope and expected start date. Activation of obligations before CNMC and CORES.

To become a gas marketer in Spain, the CNMC requires a number of basic requirements to be met.

Afterwards, registration in the Administrative Registry of Natural Gas Marketers of the Ministry for Ecological Transition must be requested.

The CNMC grants the authorization after reviewing the documentation that accredits the economic and technical solvency, as well as the company's bylaws and tax ID number.
