Who is the target audience?
The Code of Ethics applies to all suppliers, contractors and external collaborators of Grupo Trébol Energía, including its employees, representatives and subcontractors.

Suppliers shall carry out their professional activity in accordance with current legislation, avoiding any conduct that could damage the reputation of Grupo Trébol Energía.
Respect for human and labor rights:
Guarantee decent working conditions, occupational health and safety, rejecting child and forced labor, and preventing any type of discrimination, harassment or abuse.
Data protection and confidentiality:
They will protect confidential information and personal data in accordance with current regulations.
Transparency and accuracy of information:
They shall always provide rigorous, truthful and verifiable information, avoiding any attempt at deception or manipulation.
Fight against corruption:
Zero tolerance will be applied to bribery, corruption, influence peddling or any other fraudulent behavior.
